3. Payments & Refunds
• Prices for consultations, blood test packages, and treatment plans are displayed on our website and may be subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is required at the time of booking for consultations and blood test packages.
• Refunds are not available once a blood test has been taken or a consultation has been completed.
• If a client cancels a booked test or consultation with at least 48 hours notice, a refund or reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
• If laboratory results are delayed or samples are unsuitable for analysis, we will work with the client to arrange a repeat test at no additional cost where appropriate.
• Refunds are not issued for treatment packages once commenced. If you experience adverse effects or have concerns, please contact us immediately at info@anewhealth.co.uk.

4. Medical Disclaimer
• All clients are required to complete a full medical consultation form before undergoing any testing or treatment.
• It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete health information, including all medications and supplements.
• Blood tests and treatment plans are intended to support health optimisation and are not a substitute for ongoing care with your GP or specialist.
• Results and treatment outcomes vary between individuals, and no specific result or improvement can be guaranteed.
• Clients should not stop or change prescribed medications without consulting their own GP or prescribing doctor.
• Certain results may require onward referral to your GP or a specialist. Anew Health will advise you if this is the case.

5. Liability
• Anew Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from testing, treatment, or use of this website.
• Responsibility for acting upon the information provided in blood test results rests with the client. Anew Health will provide medical guidance where appropriate but cannot be held liable if clients choose not to follow medical advice.
• Anew Health is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Blood Tests & Laboratory Services
• Sample Collection: All blood samples are taken by a qualified healthcare professional. In rare cases, it may not be possible to obtain a sample; if this occurs, we will arrange a repeat attempt.
• Laboratory Processing: All samples are processed by accredited third-party laboratories. While we work with trusted partners, Anew Health cannot accept responsibility for errors, delays, or loss once samples have been transferred to the laboratory.
• Inconclusive or Rejected Samples: If a sample is rejected by the laboratory due to insufficient volume, clotting, or other issues, we will offer a repeat test. Additional charges may apply if the reason is due to client factors (e.g. dehydration, not following pre-test instructions).
• Result Availability: Results are usually available within the estimated timeframes stated on our website, but delays may occur. Anew Health cannot guarantee turnaround times.
• Result Interpretation: All results will be reviewed by a qualified clinician. Where necessary, results will be discussed during a follow-up consultation.
• Onward Referral: Some test results may require onward referral to your GP or another healthcare provider. Anew Health will inform you if further investigations or treatment outside our scope are advisable.
• Limitations of Testing: Blood tests provide a snapshot of your health at the time of testing. They cannot detect all conditions and should not be relied upon as a sole diagnostic tool.
• Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to attend appointments on time, follow preparation instructions (e.g. fasting if required), and to act upon medical advice provided.
